Corinna began learning piano at the young age of 4. In primary school, she received the only 100% music scholarship to Pymble Ladies’ College for secondary school. She was heavily involved in her school’s music program, participating in multiple ensembles and school productions, such as concerts, international tours and musicals. Having accelerated her HSC music studies in Year 11, she was ranked first for both Music 2 and Music Extension within her school and later received a state ranking for Music Extension, as well as a nomination to perform at Encore. Over the years, she has also actively participated in piano eisteddfods and competitions, where she achieved many awards and prizes.

Under the guidance of her teacher Peter Wang, she received the highest result of distinction in both her Associate (AMusA) and Licentiate (LMusA) Diplomas, and in Year 10 passed the “Fellowship” of music diploma from the Trinity College of London for Piano (FTCL). During that year Corinna was the only candidate in all of Australia to succesfully receive the Fellowship diploma (FTCL) - an incredible achievement never before seen by any person of this age of this calibre for piano.

Corinna was also offered a full scholarship to train and study at the renowned Sydney Conservatorium of Music - Full scholarships are only given to a handful of candidates that showed incredible skill and talent during their audition.
